This week’s Blog Azeroth Shared Topic is: What will you be doing the first day (or three) after Wrath hits?
Well, I can’t simply follow the rules, now can I? So I’ll give this my own twist; this is what I won’t do.
- I won’t level a Death Knight past their starting area. At least, not at first.
- I won’t delete a profession on one of my regular characters to pick up Inscription.
- I won’t change my main – Isisxotic will be holy if need be! (Though there is hope for Shadow Priests!)
- I won’t race multiple characters to 80. I might push quickly on Isis, depending on what our guild is planning for raiding. But on my other characters, I plan on enjoying the new zones and quests, and might actually read the quest text for once!
- I won’t go to Lake Wintergrasp – screw you, PvP! There’s a reason I rolled on a PvE server!
I started WoW (again) after Burning Crusade was released, so I’ve never been through the expansion craziness. I’ll probably spend a day or two logging in, getting hyped about doing something, and then have my hopes and dreams crushed at the sheer number of people trying to get 12 Windigo Livers to finish a quest.
That being said, I am looking forward to Wrath, very much. I enjoy leveling and questing, and am excited to be able to do so on Isis again, instead of logging into one of the bajillion alts I have scattered across three servers.
And oh yeah – I will be taking a trip to the barbershop.
